This stunning brand-new 2021 beach home is ideally situated in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Just 75 yards from the property is the beach entrance. Just two blocks from the property is Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you will find shopping, dining, and entertainment.
This new construction offers a direct ocean view, 4000+ SF of living space, a heated (gas powered) pool with a waterfall, an elevator and a private en suite bungalow connected to the main house by a breezeway.
There is a very spacious 2 car attached garage with a paved driveway providing enough room to accommodate 4 vehicles. This home has a Generac backup generator to assure the continual function of the house during your stay. There is a 6-foot privacy fence surrounding the en suite bungalow, back yard, and pool area.
Drop your bags and start vacationing! You will find great conveniences at this lovely home. The main house has an elevator to make it easy to get up and down from all 3 floors. The open floor plan on the 2nd floor will allow everyone to assemble and offer spectacular views of the ocean from both the living room and the kitchen. You will find the kitchen fully stocked with Al-Clad pots and pans, dishes, baking utensils; there are two large islands for meal preparation and conversation. In a kitchen alcove, a 48" round kitchen table sits that overlooks the ocean.
As you look into the living room, you will see a gorgeous 12-foot table that will allow a large group (20) to sit together and enjoy a meal, a conversation, or a card game. The super-comfortable sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa. Enjoy watching a movie, sports, or just the local news on the 83 inch Samsung smart TV.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms. One offering a king-sized bed and a smart TV; the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds with trundle pull-outs. A beautiful full bath sits by these 2 bedrooms down the hallway.
The third floor is the luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed, a queen sized sleeper sofa, office space set up (including for your convenience: desk and printer), and smart TV. There are other stunning ocean views from here. The master bathroom has a large tub and an open shower, and a HUGE walk-in Closet. The only other room on the 3rd floor is the very spacious laundry room area set up with a 43" smart TV for video games.
Giving additional privacy away from the main home yet still right there with everyone during your stay! The bungalow house offers a queen bed, a queen sofa bed, a kitchenette area, a full bathroom, and a smart TV. A Playstation 4 with many games is located here.
You will find a heated private pool, an outdoor TV and a natural gas Broilmaker barbeque in the lanai area. Also found here are toys for the kids, hammocks for extra relaxing or an afternoon cat nap, plenty of seating outside, along with a stunning custom Eric LaMarr mural (A Kraken!). Throughout the house, you will enjoy the brilliant local Eric LaMarr paintings.

Summary: Very clean, spacious, had everything we needed! View from master amazing. Walk across the street to the beach, coffee and restaurants within easy walking distance. Know the wall air conditioner in the detached unit kept it reasonably cool at night but was not strong enough during the day for a truly comfortable temp.

Summary: Three generations of our family, 16 of us, just stayed for our third time--with hopes of returning! If you are looking for a rental whose owner & manager are super responsive and exceptionally helpful, you will find them here. They are a major reason that we keep returning. Also, we continue to be impressed with the quality of the house and how they outfitted it for guests. Our favorite features are the two tables that seat us all, with room to spare--one off the kitchen, and one poolside outdoors. We made and ate all of our meals together, so to be able to seat all of us was a real gift. The large, open room--kitchen, dining, and living room--was perfect for time enjoyed together indoors. And then proximity to the beach! To be a few minutes walk away from the beach with a crew ranging in age from 9mths to 68, was ideal. What a show the rocket launches were, too, seen from the big second story windows/short dash to the beach! Coffee, shave ice, popsicles, boutiques, ETC are just a short walk away. We only got in the car for a few mile drive to Publix for groceries. Abundance found here: beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and toys; bathroom towels; melamine bowls, plates, cups, serving trays, baking pans--well stocked in every way. The pool! We thoroughly enjoyed this feature, again and again through the day. And when the children were napping, it was a great quiet space to nap/read. Thanks to the owner and manager whose care for this house is evident with each visit!

Summary: This was a perfect house for our family vacation!! Every detail in the house was thought out...large tables for dining (inside and out), very well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware and cookware. Even a cart to use in the elevator to bring kitchen supplies and prepared food out to the pool area for lunch. Plenty of nice beach towels and toys. Restaurants are within walking distance. Beach access across the road. Tony was excellent at communication also. We hope to be back someday in the future. We would highly recommend renting this home!

Summary: This was our family's--ages ranging from 7mths to 67 years--second stay, and what we savored about the house last Christmas we enjoyed to the uttermost once again: the beauty of the home which was so carefully prepared for our arrival; the plenty of cookware, utensils, and dishes (the melamine was perfect for our crew of ten children); pool and beach gear which we used daily; bedding and beds--even a crib and pac-n-play--and the pair of inflatable mattresses all came in so handy for our group of 16; the location of the house, SO ideal for multiple beach trips daily, not to mention daily strolls for coffee and shave ice, along with quick trips for provisions at Publix, and the Fishing Store; the long tables, inside and out!, found in no other rental for large groups, were SO enjoyed for meals together and game-playing; the grill--excellent; we enjoyed the setting of the pool by the hour with Eric LaMarr painting backdrop (and even watched the bowl games out there, too!; and last but not least--communication with the owner and manager: swift, informative, friendly, helpful, and gracious. We commend the owner for the thoughtful planning that went into this beautiful Beach House.

Summary: Great place! Our extended family of 10 enjoyed all the room in the house. The elevator really helped for hauling luggage and groceries to the upper levels. There is a lot to do in the area for all ages and the kids loved the pool. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Thanks to a heads up from Tony, we were able to watch a Space X shuttle launch from the beach on one of the evenings we stayed there.

Summary: By far the best equipped bnb I have ever stayed at. Every detail of this place was well thought out. Walk into an entry level from the garage, the main living area is in the second floor which affords for beautiful ocean views across the street. The kitchen had everything from an air fryer, blender, & kitchen aide mixer, to entertaining dishes and platters. There are two rooms on the main floor that share a bathroom and the third floor is the master. Lots of room to spread out. If you’re headed to the beach they have everything from boogie boards to coolers. Even have pool floats for the pool outback.

Summary: This house was an incredible getaway for the family! Cocoa Beach is a hidden gem and this home was perfectly placed , with walking distance to eateries, shops and most importantly beach. Beautifully decorated, with all the needed amenities. The heated pool was incredible and the mother in law suite was perfect for everyone to have their space. I highly recommend and we will be looking to come back!
